About us 

We, the tiny minds behind Rubicon Deli, had a BIG idea. We realized the world was short on burger joints, and we needed to do our part. So, we hired the most expensive Italian designers money could buy and remodeled our upstairs kitchen and 1500sqft rooftop deck. Then, we took everything we learned about making award winning sandwiches and applied it to burgers. Two short years of refining recipes, baking buns, smashing patties, drinking lots of beer, going to the desert and meditating…and alas…the Burger Deck was born. A stylish place to enjoy burgers with family, friends or even a casual date. We invite you to come sit on our deck and decide which one of our puns
